Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR & Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle management
  • Induction, Training & Development coordination
  • Performance Management, increments, promotions & confirmations
  • Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MW Act, Shops & Establishments, CLRA)
  • Handle Factory license, RC, and government-related compliances
  • Payroll coordination, Time Office, leave & attendance management
  • Manage security staff, housekeeping, 5S and general administration
  • Manpower handling (on-roll & contract)
  • Vendor & bill management (security, contract labour, utilities, etc.)
  • ISO/IATF documentation & implementation support
  • Employee grievance handling & conflict management
  • Process improvement and stakeholder coordination


Skills Required:

  • Strong HR & Admin operations experience
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances
  • MS Office, Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good communication, problem-solving & people management skills
  • Manufacturing Industry Experience is must
