Role Overview: As the Human Resources and Administrative Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the human resources and administrative functions within the company. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new employees, to ensure a seamless hiring experience. - Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflict resolution, and promote a harmonious work environment. - Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance on feedback, and facilitate employee development programs. - Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning opportunities, and promote continuous employee development. - HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with legal requirements, ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive initiatives for employee recognition, satisfaction, and engagement, promoting employee wellbeing. - HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR software tools, and ensure proper documentation for all HR processes. - Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and facilities management to maintain a safe and productive work environment. - Vendor Management: Build relationships with vendors for office supplies and maintenance services. - Event Coordination: Organize company events and meetings with logistical support for administrative needs. - Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements, preparing administrative reports and assisting in audits. - Documentation & Record-Keeping: Manage HR and administrative documents accurately and securely, in compliance with data privacy laws. - Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings and operational tasks. Qualifications: - Graduate with an MBA in HR Skills Required: - Ability to handle HR statutory compliance independently, including PF, ESIC, and PT - Proficient in recruitment processes - Talent spotting ability to identify and onboard top talent - Experience in facility management - Strong skills in drafting policy documents Join our team as a Human Resources and Administrative Manager to contribute to a positive workplace environment and efficient administrative operations.,
