1. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all plant roles.
2.• Implement onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
3.• Handle grievances, disputes, warning letters, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries.
4.• Ensure 100% compliance with all labour laws:
5.• Coordinate with government regulatory authorities, maintain all statutory registers, returns & audits.
6.• Handle inspections like with proper documentation.
7.• Handle PF, Esic, Labour & Factory inspector.
8.• Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, time office, overtime, and leave management.
9.Implement HRIS systems to maintain accurate HR data.
10.Manage employee benefits, insurance, and welfare programs.
11.• Lead annual appraisal cycles and performance improvement plans.
12.• Identify training needs through skill gap analysis.
13.• Implement technical & behavioural training for workers and staff.
14.• Build positive culture emphasizing safety, teamwork, productivity, and morale.
15.• Support safety training, accident reporting, and preventive measures.
