Job Description

Supporting immigration manager with Global immigration projects
Providing guidance on immigration applications for visas, work permit, immigration related paperwork and timelines
Conducting interviews with applicants to determine eligibility for visas or other immigration benefits.
Answering immigration related queries and clarifications
Maintaining records of employees in HRIS system
Coordinating with the immigration vendors to secure visa, work permit for GSK employees
Prepare work instructions for immigration processes.
Implement and govern the Right to work checks for all relocating employees and active assignees globally.
Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient processing of immigration applications.
Training staff on immigration laws and procedures, as well as providing guidance on how to handle specific cases.

What do we need

Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience in Global Immigration operations and documentation
Bachelor s degree in human resource, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration) or related fields.
