Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Fulfillment Centre operations in Bangalore (Malur). The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in fulfillment center or warehouse operations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement process optimization methodologies to improve productivity.
Ensure quality assurance and inventory control measures are in place.
Analyze reports and provide insights to enhance operational performance.
Implement health and safety management systems to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in fulfillment center or warehouse operations with strong leadership capabilities.
Strong understanding of team leadership, operation management, inventory control, quality assurance, reporting, and analysis.
Experience with process optimization methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
