Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Looking for Immediate Joiners

Prepare accurate and timely
monthly financial reports
and
management presentations
.
Support
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
activities.
Analyze financial performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with onshore FP&A and accounting teams on
reporting, productivity, and demand planning
.
Provide
financial insights and projections
to support management decision-making.
Develop and automate
MIS reports and dashboards
for better visibility.
Participate in
corporate finance projects and process improvement initiatives
.
Build financial models and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong FP&A experience
with hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in
Excel
(macros, pivot tables, formulas) and
PowerPoint
.
Knowledge of
financial accounting principles
and
management reporting
.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
.
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Exposure to the
insurance brokerage or financial services
industry is an added advantage.
