Job Description

Title: Investment Review Associate

As an integral part, the Investment Review Associate works closely with the analyst team to provide comprehensive client investment review reports.

Responsibilities:

Prepares comprehensive annual reviews.
Provide trade history from the last review.
Report dates of portfolio rebalancing with allocation before and after completion of the rebalancing.
Provide a breakdown of investment accounts with respect to Account #, Total value, as well as the breakdown of assets.
List cash receipts by clients including amount and date.
List of cash disbursements made to clients including amount and date.
Provide booked gain/loss information for tax planning.
Reporting required minimum distributions if applicable including required distribution vs. actual distributions made to date.

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience with investment trading and/or client financial reporting.
Detail oriented.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Bachelors Degree in math, finance, accounting or business preferred.
Work experience in wealth management, financial planning, investments related field.
