Designation: Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Location: Taramani, Chennai

Timings: 10:00 am - 05:45 pm (Mon-Fri)

What you'll do:

Responsible for managing accounting and finance functions in alignment with organizational goals and business plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and conducting debtors/creditors ageing analysis and reconciliations.
• Supervising GL, bank/cash statements, sales & purchase registers, and credit/debit note registers.
• Preparing Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet; finalizing financial statements with statutory auditors.
• Proficient in Tally ERP and well-versed in Income Tax (TDS/TCS, advance tax), GST, and customs filings and returns.
• Handling project financing, fund appraisals, and loan documentation.
• Drafting replies for tax assessments and coordinating with statutory auditors and tax advisors for direct and indirect tax litigations.

Preferred:

·       Graduate in Commerce with CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter) and minimum 2 years of experience, OR

·       MBA (Finance) with minimum 7 years of experience, OR

·       Master’s in Commerce with minimum 10 years of experience

·       Proven experience in handling finance and accounts in an organization with not less than 50 employees,

OR in a reputed commercial real estate leasing firm.

·       At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, overseeing accounts or accounting practices preferred.

·       Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

·       Strong analytical, financial reporting, and team management abilities preferred.
