Supervisory responsibilities – Direct/Indirect

• Monthly Audit / verification of accounting records
• Preparation of Provisional Accounts on Monthly basis ✓ Preparation of Cash Flow on Monthly basis
• Account Receivable Management (Debtor Management) - To bring dues of receivables of customers within stipulated time
• Statutory compliances of GST, TDS/TCS including audit of various returns on monthly/quarterly & assistance in filling of returns and ensure 100% accuracy
• Monthly Audit / Verification of Provisional Accounts of Group Companies and Director’s Personal Accounts prepared by team member
• Monthly audit of Salary Register, ensure TDS on Salary correct computation and complete the same within 2 days
• Verification of Interest and other Bank Charges debited by Banks with sanctioned terms
• Liasoning with Statutory Auditor for CA Certificates from time to time on need base
• Monitoring Insurance Renewal – Cars, Property, Stock, Employees Accident Insurance, Personal Insurance of Director etc

Annual (Finalization of accounts on annual basis)

Preparation of various data for Balance sheet ✓ Preparation of Annual Balance sheet and Tax Audit Report ✓ Liaising with external statutory auditor for Annual Balance sheet, Tax Audit Report & income tax returns ✓ Preparation of various data for Income tax assessment ✓ Preparation of various data external audit for GST laws ✓ Annual statutory compliances of GST laws ✓ Liaising with external statutory auditor for GST compliances ✓ Preparation of various data for GST assessment ✓ Preparation of various data for individuals’ income tax return ✓ Preparation of various data and liasoning for Annual Bank Credit limit Renewal, Care Ratings Renewal, Gratuity Renewal

SAP Maintenance

Collecting various requirement from users & communicating the same with implementing agency including follow ups ✓ Training to SAP users & providing assistance in routine data entry ✓ Development & Implementation of various practices & policies in SAP with management approval ✓ Management of SAP data & control over user activity ✓ Accounting of transactions related key vendors/customer as per instruction of management like preparation of Purchase Order, Sales order, accounting etc.
