Job Description

As an Assistant Manager Facilities at Cult, you will be responsible for end-to-end facilities management across all associated formats within the city, ensuring 99.9% uptime of facility services, timely issue resolution, vendor performance, preventive maintenance, and cost-efficient operations while upholding Cultfits quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage daily facility operations for all centers in the city. - Ensure seamless support to Operations with 99.9% service uptime across utilities, equipment, and infrastructure. - Conduct periodic walkthroughs to ensure adherence to facility standards and SOPs. - Ensure timely closure of all tickets raised via Ops, Audit, Quality, or ticketing tools. - Track SLAs, follow up with vendors, and ensure resolution within defined timelines. - Implement and monitor all systems, processes, and SOPs related to facilities. - Ensure compliance with safety norms, maintenance standards, and company guidelines. - Manage facility operations within approved budgets. - Track budget vs actuals, identify overspends, submit variance reports, and drive annual savings initiatives. - Oversee performance of all facility-related vendors. - Build backup vendor options to ensure business continuity. - Ensure vendor manpower availability, quality of work, and SLA adherence. - Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machines with zero downtime. - Monitor AMC visits, validate service reports, and track asset health. - Plan, supervise, and ensure timely execution of refresh and facelift works. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time completion. - Audit centers for facility quality, safety compliance, cleanliness, and infrastructure readiness. - Evaluate vendor workmanship and material quality; recommend improvements. - Maintain and update all trackers for maintenance, AMC, breakdowns, vendor visits, and expenses. - Prepare MIS reports and share with the Regional Lead. - Validate vendor invoices with proper documentation. - Maintain records of work orders, POs, and service reports. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities, Operations, or relevant field. - 8-12 years of experience in facility management (retail, FMCG, fitness, hospitality preferred). - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG/UPS, and preventive maintenance. - Vendor negotiation & management. - Communication & coordination. - Budgeting and cost control. - Knowledge of safety and compliance. - Excel, MIS, and ticketing tool proficiency.
