Job Description

As the Facilities Manager at our company, your role involves being the primary contact for delivering facilities management services to our clients. You will manage the services provided to the clients" facilities under our management, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs. Regular communication with clients on facilities management issues is crucial, along with driving initiatives such as savings targets, energy management, and sustainability efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact for delivering facilities management services - Manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities - Develop a detailed understanding of clients" businesses - Drive client-specific initiatives for cost savings and sustainability - Regularly liaise with clients on facilities management matters - Ensure consistency in monthly reporting at each site level - Review and report against agreed SLAs and KPIs - Manage the team including recruitment and performance assessment - Establish and maintain vendor relationships - Implement preventive maintenance programs for client-owned equipment - Monitor statutory compliance and conduct periodic inspections - Attend to emergency troubleshooting and repairs - Oversee procurement processes and vendor management - Handle budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for facilities management services Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in facilities management or related field - Strong communication and relationship management skills - Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices - Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes - Ability to handle budgeting and financial reporting If you are looking for a challenging role where you can drive initiatives, manage teams, and ensure the efficient upkeep of facilities, this position could be the perfect fit for you.,
