Job Description

Summary / Purpose of the role

To coordinate with plant & sales team for execution of SMPD spares business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating with Dealer / Customer / RO Engineer / Plant for pre & post order activities
Handling order execution part with Plant & Various departments like QA, PED, Purchase, Finance
Reporting business status through various MIS reports generated through SAP.
Order amendments like price / discount / BOM etc. in SAP.
Maintaining dealer agreements & DPC for CSS dealers.
Compilation of reports Dealer Database. Customer Database, Quantum GTM, SFDC, SFR, MRM, etc.
Preparing & maintaining quotation bank & monitoring order hit ratio.
Preparation of dealer’s quarterly incentive working.
Preparation & maintaining list price for spares parts in SAP
