This Opportunity is with a leading Distribution Accounts for their office in Andheri location

Role: Assistant Manager- Distribution Accounts

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CFA & Transport Agreement Management
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining Carrying & Forwarding Agent (CFA) and transport agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with the Legal and Compliance teams for timely execution and renewals.
  1. Commission & Expense Validation
  • Validate CFA commissions and related distribution expenses against contractual terms and company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of claims to stakeholders.
  1. Transport Bill Verification & Reimbursement
  • Scrutinize and verify all transport bills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the transport team and vendors for discrepancy resolution.
  • Ensure timely processing and disbursement of payments.
  1. Customer/Vendor Accounts Reconciliation
  • Periodically reconcile customer and vendor accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate with the central Accounts team for resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on outstanding items.
  1. Distribution Budget Preparation
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of the annual distribution budget.
  • Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses and highlight variances for corrective action.
  • Provide inputs and data for financial planning and analysis.
  1. CFA Bank Guarantee & Security Deposit Follow-Up
  • Track and maintain records of bank guarantees and security deposits from CFAs.
  • Ensure timely renewals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for closure or escalation.
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a key point of contact between the distribution accounts team and departments like Taxation, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication and resolution of inter-departmental issues.

Required Skillset:

Experience in SAP is mandatory

Age Up to 35 years
