1. Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
2. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings3. Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports4. Ensure accurate cost accounting and inventory valuation5. Monitor budgets and control manufacturing costs6. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits7. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.)8. Implement and improve internal financial controls and systems9. Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities as neededSupervise and guide junior accounting staff
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CA Inter / CMA Inter7–10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sectorProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, )Strong understanding of cost accounting and tax regulationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
