Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities according to customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products. Handle manpower effectively, allocating tasks efficiently on the shop floor. Implement rejection control measures to minimize defects and optimize product quality. Develop daily production plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot issues related to molding processes and implement corrective actions. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in mould design & development, preferably in PVC industry. Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or PGDPPT Strong skills in Daily Production Planning, Manpower Handling, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Shift Planning, Shop Floor Control, Troubleshooting.
