Job Description

Experience: 35+ years in UK accounting; managing 4–6 FTEs Education: ACCA (Q/Part-Q) / CA/CA-Inter / M.Com/B.Com

What you will do

Lead a delivery pod (4–6 members) across bookkeeping, VAT and year-end accounts.
Review financial statements, VAT workings and tax packs; ensure QA gates are met.
Capacity planning, work-allocation and SLA management; drive automation and SOPs.
Front-line client communication (calls/emails); manage expectations and change control.
Coach, upskill and performance-manage team members; support hiring and onboarding.

What you’ll bring

Strong UK GAAP knowledge; practical exposure to multiple cloud accounting tools.
Exceptional written English; calm, structured client communication.
Proven team leadership with measurable delivery outcomes.
