Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital channels—including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy—and will work closely with the marketing leadership team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, owned, and earned media).
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization.

• Social Media & Content:

• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging digital content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Schedule and publish social media content; monitor engagement and community interactions.

• Email Marketing:

• Support the setup, segmentation, testing, and performance tracking of email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, drip campaigns).

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

• Budget Coordination:

• Assist in managing digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation across channels.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with sales, product, and design teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed.

• Stay Current:

• Keep up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
