• Achieve annual sales revenue targets and ensure timely collections in line with fiscal goals. Meet budgeted contribution margins and collect statutory forms from customers as required.
• Strengthen market presence by expanding and optimizing the dealer network and enhancing engagement with OEMs. Drive new project business by generating inquiries and converting them into orders.
• Identify and develop new customers, markets, and product opportunities to grow TIDCs market share. Focus on long-term sales strategies aimed at sustainable growth and increased market penetration.
• Monitor and control finished goods (FG) inventory to prevent overstocking and reduce non-moving stock. Ensure work-in-progress (WIP) inventory remains within approved budget levels.
• Track competitor activities and import trends (including chain imports) regularly, and devise strategic responses to maintain competitive advantage.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and communicate market demands and customer expectations.
• Conduct regular customer visits across all segments to gather insights, assess needs, and translate them into actionable improvements in product and service delivery.
• Enhance dealer and customer satisfaction by addressing product quality and delivery performance. Maintain accurate records of chain installations and proactively track MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) requirements.
• Guide and coach the sales team by sharing customer insights and expectations based on prior experiences. Motivate the team to align with organizational goals and deliver superior customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having experience in Bearings/ Industrial Chains sales.
