• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Maintain 400 plus users IT Infrastructure and support

Role & responsibilities

• Server Management (IBM X Series Rack server with Windows platform)
• Network Management (Include LAN / MPLS Network / Wireless network and multi-location connectivity )
• Storage Management (Netapp SAN / NAS)
• Security Management (Fortinet Firewall / End Point security / VPN )
• Datacenter Management ( Multiple Service environment)
• Virtualization Management ( VMware / Hyper-V platforms)
• Mail management ( HCL Domino Mail Server management with Sametime connectivity)
• Backup Management with business continuity management ( CommValut Backup, Integrated with cloud storage)
• Experience in Microsoft D365 F&O ERP architecture
• Database Management ( MS SQL Database / Oracle Database administration)
• IT Asset Management with life cycle management
• IT Software Asset Management (License Compliance and audit management)
• Oversee IT helpdesk operations and support
• Vendor Management (Manage contracts, SLA monitor, licenses, and relationships with vendors and service providers.)
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT infrastructure and support teams.
