As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Property & Casualty (Insurance) in Mumbai, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead a team and have at least 2+ years of experience in team handling with a total of 8+ years of experience. - Possess expertise in Property & Casualty insurance. - Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and assist in designing and implementing new processes and tools. - Cultivate a team environment focused on exceptional customer service and ensure high performance from all staff members. - Motivate team members, instill accountability, and drive results effectively. - Manage a team of Process Associates and ensure their effectiveness. - Prepare MIS reports and interact with customers to address their queries promptly. - Provide day-to-day coordination of team activities. - Attend to and respond to written/electronic correspondence. - Have at least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role on papers. - Experience in handling 10+ FTEs. - Be willing to work in night shifts.
