Preventive & predictive maintenance of
Boiler auxiliaries
and
rotating equipment
(Coal Mills, APH, CHP, ESP, Fans, etc.)
Planning and execution of
Annual Overhaul (AOH)
and
Capital Overhaul (COH)
activities
SAP MM & PM module
operations PR creation, material codification, inspection, and vendor coordination
Ensuring
statutory compliance
, budgeting, and documentation
Coordination with
vendors, consultants, and contractors
for site and drawing issues
Monitoring
critical parameters
, preparing
MIS reports
, and managing shutdown defects
Execution of
preservation schedules
, safety observations, and TQM compliance
