Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business development in the SaaS space.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B software solution sales or cloud sales.
  • Proven track record of success in end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and competitors' offerings.
