Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to inactive agents and effectively communicate company offerings to spark interest.
  • Identify interested agents and coordinate with the respective branch heads for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes using Excel.
  • Draft professional emails and messages to support telecalling efforts.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to agent reactivation goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in written communication (email, messaging).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining call logs and data sheets.
  • Willingness to make multiple outbound calls daily with enthusiasm and persistence.

This will be ongoing activity as advisors from in-active bucket to fall under active bucket
