Job Description

Key Responsibilities. Production Planning:. Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts, historical data, and seasonal demand.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely manufacturing of goods.

Monitor production output and address deviations to minimize delays.

Stock Replenishment. Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and distribution centers.

Analyze inventory data to forecast replenishment needs accurately.

Ensure timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Inventory Management. Track inventory levels, turnover rates, and expiry dates to optimize storage.

Implement strategies to minimize inventory holding costs.

Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Collaboration. Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to align production with demand.

Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

Reporting And Analysis. Generate reports on production performance, inventory levels, and replenishment trends.

Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) is a plus.

5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production, or inventory management in the FMCG industry.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like MS Excel and supply chain software (SAP B1).

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
