Job Title: Assistant Manager Corporate Sales Department: NoBroker Corporate (B2B Sales and Marketing) Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru Role Overview: We are looking for a travel-oriented, proactive and street-smart sales professional who can represent NoBrokers services directly to companies. This is a field-intensive role that requires the ability to identify potential clients, engage with Admin Heads, HR Heads, and Facility Managers, and build strong, long-term business relationships through in-person interactions. The professional will be given due training on communication with the target audience and a strong sense of all the offerings that NoBroker has to offer for other companies so that he/she is comfortable to represent NoBroker in the market. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research relevant companies in assigned territories. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective B2B clients. 2) Client Engagement Conduct in-person meetings with Admins, HR Heads, and Facility Managers. Present and pitch the full suite of NoBrokers B2B services (repair & maintenance, employee relocation, etc.) 3) Account Management Act as a single point of contact from initial outreach to final service delivery to drive revenue targets. Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution. 4) Relationship Building Establish strong rapport with key decision-makers through trust-based, face-to-face interactions. Position NoBroker as a preferred service partner through consistent value delivery. 5) Revenue Driving Drive revenue by converting leads into active business requirements. Engage with admins and procurement teams to get more business for achieving revenue goals. Achieve assigned revenue targets by onboarding clients and increasing business volume. Track and report progress on revenue goals to management on a regular basis. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate (minimum) Experience: 25 years in B2B sales or corporate client handling. Background of dealing with Admin/Procurement/Facilities/HR teams is a plus. Must own personal vehicle to travel locally Skills: Strong verbal and structured written communication High street-smart quotient to navigate client environments Persuasive personality with relationship-building capabilities Comfortable with travel and in-person client meetings Attitude: Result-driven, eager to build relations, and travel-friendlyRole & responsibilities
