Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Collections, based in Nabagram. The Assistant Manager will oversee the collection of outstanding payments, monitor delinquent accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing collection activities, maintaining accurate customer records, and analyzing collection data. The role also involves collaborating with team members to design strategies to improve collection efficiency and address payment disputes effectively.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and financial risk assessment
Experience in managing collection activities and customer account records
Proficiency in communication and the ability to resolve disputes tactfully
Ability to lead a team and implement strategies to enhance collection performance
Knowledge of applicable regulations and legal guidelines related to financial collections
Proficiency in financial software and tools is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services, is a plus
