Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Client Relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective client relationship strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve business operations.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in client relations or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with international clients is preferred.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
