Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting various civil works such as block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, door & window installation, swimming pool leakage, basement leakage, and expansion joint work. Additionally, you will be executing finishing works including Gypsum false ceiling, FRP panelling, and woodwork in tower reception areas. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise faade work and external wall repairs/painting of towers - Prepare Running Account (R.A.) bills for vendors - Manage complaints and conduct civil audits (snag report preparation) - Oversee basement drain line repair works - Issue work permits - Estimate quantities and cost of materials - Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and earthwork - Manage labour distribution and allocation across different work areas - Prepare R.A. bills for contractors - Plan resources effectively to ensure timely availability - Develop Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience in supervising civil works and finishing works - Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Please note that the above job description is tailored to a specific role in civil works supervision and execution.
