Job Description

As a Civil Works Supervisor, your role involves overseeing and inspecting various civil works including block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, door & window installation, swimming pool leakage, basement leakage, and expansion joint work. You will be responsible for executing finishing works such as Gypsum false ceiling, FRP panelling, and woodwork in tower reception areas. Additionally, you will supervise faade work, external wall repairs, and painting of towers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Running Account (R.A.) bills for vendors - Manage complaints and conduct civil audits including snag report preparation - Supervise basement drain line repair works - Issue work permits and ensure compliance - Estimate quantities and cost of materials - Oversee shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and earthwork - Manage labour distribution and allocation across different work areas - Prepare R.A. bills for contractors - Plan resources efficiently and ensure timely availability - Create Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for reinforcement detailing Qualifications Required: - Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience in civil works supervision and execution - Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in quantity estimation and cost analysis If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them here.,
