Job Description

We are hiring an Sales Assistant Manager on behalf of one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure the smooth functioning of the department. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and decision-making. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and customer service. Assist in planning work schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely task completion. Help implement company policies, procedures, and operational strategies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed (for retail or operations). Handle escalated customer queries or issues professionally. Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and suggesting improvements. Ensure the team adheres to safety, hygiene, and company standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
