Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Kota. The Assistant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage client accounts, provide investment advice, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, conducting market research, developing strategies to increase client acquisition, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client accounts, providing investment advice, and ensuring compliance
• Skills in market research and strategy development
• Proven ability to supervise staff and oversee daily operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kota
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in stockbroking or finance are a plus
