Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, maintain high levels of customer service, lead sales teams, and ensure efficient inventory management. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, training staff, implementing company policies, and strategizing to improve team productivity and store performance. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with management to execute sales campaigns and ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
