Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Operations to lead and manage a team focused on credit card collections. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in collections operations, team management, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Must be fluent in English and any south language is must Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the credit card collections team to ensure timely and effective recovery of outstanding dues. Monitor and manage team productivity, dialer efficiency, and collection effectiveness. Review aging reports and prioritize accounts for follow-up based on risk and delinquency levels. Coordinate with tele-calling agents, skip tracing teams, and legal departments to optimize recovery rates. Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and collection compliance standards. Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues or disputes professionally. Drive performance through coaching, regular feedback, and training sessions. Provide accurate and timely MIS/reports to senior management. Collaborate with analytics, risk, and product teams to improve strategies and segmentation.
