Assistant Manager - Architectural Specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead technical specification processes for company products, liaising with consultants, architects, and clients to secure material approvals for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Provide expert technical support and consultation to developers, architects, interior design firms, MEP and security consultants through product training sessions, presentations, and technical meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify active projects, pipeline opportunities, and tender-stage developments within the target regions.
• Achieve and exceed project specification and account acquisition targets, ensuring a consistent and healthy project pipeline.
• Manage and mentor the regional team covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
• Perform competitive intelligence and benchmarking studies to evaluate competitor product ranges, market positioning, and emerging trends.
• Support the local sales team by securing product approvals for projects under construction, consolidating project reports, and maintaining approval records.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management, aligning marketing and operational strategies.
• Drive key account management activities, including engagement, relationship classification, and strategic specification alignment.
• Strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive technical engagement and solution-driven communication.
