Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal and/or external clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Linux systems and software applications.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Utilize SQL and relevant tools for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using languages like Python, Perl, and Bash/Shell.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Unix/Linux applications.
  • Assist in project management tasks for Linux projects.
  • Conduct performance testing and automate processes using industry-standard tools.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong background in Unix and Linux systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Skilled in Linux administration and troubleshooting in a Linux environment.
  • Experience with Customer Support and Technical Support roles.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman and IDEs such as Visual Studio and Eclipse.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and project management skills.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical skills in .Net Core, Python, Web API, Azure/AWS.
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries and analyze data effectively.
  • Experience with automation using Python and object-oriented concepts.
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and basic cybersecurity practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with different API methods and security implementations.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and cloud technologies.
