Job Description

Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative projects aligned with the companys branding and goals. Present design concepts and manage their execution from start to finish. Oversee multiple projects while mentoring and guiding junior designers. Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas. Stay updated with design trends to enhance the quality of creative deliverables. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in pharma or FMCG brand sectors. Having agency background experience will be considered a plus. Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior designers to develop and execute creative concepts. Design visual assets for various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and creative input. Adapt to feedback and support senior designers in project execution. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design outputs. Requirements (for Both Positions): 1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. 3. Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities. 4. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. 5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. 6. Proactive approach to learning and professional development. 7. A portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a passion for creativity
