Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Assistant Manager - Mobile Ad Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing, optimizing, and analyzing mobile ad campaigns across various platforms. This role involves campaign trafficking, client coordination, and performance reporting to ensure seamless delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize mobile advertising campaigns on platforms such as Trackier, Affise, Appsflyer, Branch, and more.
  • Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day ad campaign operations, including tracking URL generation, creative testing, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with publishers/affiliates and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CVR, ROI, and retention, ensuring that performance targets are met.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze daily and weekly reports, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setup, targeting details, and performance logs.
  • Technical Support: Assist in managing SDK integrations and postback setup between advertiser and publisher tracking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in mobile ad operations, digital marketing, or affiliate campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of mobile tracking platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust).
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Trackier, Affise, Everflow).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good To Have

  • Experience with various campaign models, including CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPM.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and fraud detection tools.
  • Basic understanding of programmatic and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) platforms.
