Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and close business opportunities for

    on-ground activations

    and

    integrated campaigns

    (Radio + Events + Digital).
  • Create customized activation-led solutions for brands across sectors.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for activation vertical.
  • Upsell activations to existing radio airtime clients.

2. Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, and pain points.
  • Ideate and propose

    innovative, ROI-driven brand experiences

    .
  • Present activation concepts and proposals confidently.
  • Partner with creative, programming, and digital teams to build integrated pitches.

3. Execution Coordination

  • Liaise with activation & event production teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure client expectations are met during on-ground campaigns.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and permissions (as needed).

4. Post-Activation Reporting

  • Ensure documentation of campaign performance (photos, videos, metrics).
  • Share

    post-event reports

    and effectiveness reports with clients.
  • Ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of

    experiential marketing

  • Experience in

    media sales

    ,

    event sales

    , or

    solutions selling

    preferred.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate.
  • 26 years experience in activation/event sales or media sales (radio/OOH/digital/event companies).

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in

    FM Radio industry

    is a plus.
  • Existing client relationships in FMCG, Auto, Retail, BFSI, and E-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing activation deals of varying scales.

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Activation revenue generated (monthly/quarterly).
  • Number of clients closed for activation solutions.
  • Client retention and repeat business.
  • Campaign execution quality & client satisfaction.
  • Contribution to total station revenue through 360 campaigns.
