Job location - Lower Parel /Parel / Prabhadevi

1. GST Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GSTR-9/9C
• Monthly reconciliation of purchase register vs GSTR-2B
• Follow up with vendors for missing / mismatched GST invoices
• Track and ensure Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility
• Handle GST notices, replies, and departmental queries
• Maintain GST records as per statutory requirements

2. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:
• TDS (Income Tax) – calculation, deduction, deposit & returns
• PF, ESI, Professional Tax filings
• Labour law compliances (where applicable)
• Maintain statutory registers and records
• Track due dates and ensure zero penalties / interest

3. Accounting & Documentation

• Posting of purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries
• Maintain compliance-related ledgers and documentation
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and assessments

4. Audit & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and consultants
• Provide data and explanations during audits
• Implement audit observations and corrective actions

5. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare compliance status reports
• GST liability vs payment analysis
• ITC utilization reports
• Penalty / interest tracking (if any)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of GST law & compliance
• Working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP, MS Excel
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and deadline orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
