Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup & Operation
Prepare printing machines (flexographic, offset, gravure, digital, etc.) for production runs.
Load substrates (paper, film, foil) and inks as per job specifications.
Adjust machine settings for color, registration, and print quality.
Quality Control
Monitor print quality throughout the run and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
Record production data and report any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
Identify and resolve mechanical or printing issues promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.
Safety & Compliance
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Ensure compliance with environmental and waste disposal regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
