Assistant Manager

As a Financial Costing and Pricing Support Specialist, your role involves providing assistance to the Sales team in dealing with large and complex Global opportunities. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Perform analytical reviews of client budgets and identify missing information. - Prepare schedules for open issues and propose action plans to address shortfalls in readiness for Accenture deal approval. - Collaborate with deal teams to calculate the price and margin using internal pricing tools based on the costing information and knowledge of deal shape/commercial parameters. - Analyze financial impact, understand risks, provide mitigation, and identify opportunities for clients, Accenture, and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with US GAAP policies and have a clear understanding of risks and opportunities of deal shape within each stakeholder's regulatory environment. - Work closely with the tax and legal team to ensure tax efficiency and legality for clients and Accenture in various instances like resource transfer, asset transfer, asset purchase, leasing, resale, and subcontractors. - Present financial context to Sales Leads, Finance leads, and other stakeholders to influence deal shaping outcomes and assist in decision-making. - Escalate deals with poor financial metrics if required and collaborate with teams to improve the quality of financial attributes before proceeding. - Demonstrate commitment to thought leadership and continuous learning by contributing regularly to CDTS knowledge capital. Basic Qualifications required for this role include: - CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or Commerce Postgraduate degree. Good to have Skills: - Awareness of Corporate Finance strategies, tools, and techniques including equity and debt financing, Capital and debt markets, Entity valuation techniques, Shareholder Value and EVA diagnostic, Investment appraisal, Cost baselining, and due diligence. - Working knowledge of Accounting for business combinations, Asset purchase or lease accounting, Revenue recognition, Principal vs. agent, and US GAAP and local GAAP.
