Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage and enhance end-to-end Third-Party (3P) manufacturing operations. The role involves overseeing product output, quality, vendor performance, supply chain KPIs, procurement coordination, and ensuring operational excellence across partner manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3P Manufacturing Operations: Manage day-to-day operations with Third-Party Manufacturing partners. Ensure adherence to production schedules, output quality, and operational SLAs. Drive continuous improvement in line efficiencies, product quality, and cost optimization. Conduct periodic performance reviews and drive corrective actions with 3P partners.
• Procurement, Supply Chain KPIs: Coordinate closely with procurement for RM/PM availability at 3P sites. Monitor supply chain metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, stock cover, and fill rates. Support demand planning and ensure timely production against forecasts.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure Product quality from CM partners meets internal and regulatory standards. Work closely with QA/ QC teams to manage quality checks, audits, and CAPA implementations. Support documentation and compliance activities across the manufacturing value chain.

Requirements

• 4-7 Years Experience working in a similar role within Beauty and Personal Care or Cosmetics industries.
• B.Tech/Master’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
