• Qualification:

  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)

• Professional Certifications:

  Energy Manager, Boiler Engineer, TPM Facilitator, Six Sigma would be an added advantage

• Experience:

  10 Years in a large Dairy, Food, Pharma Plant In Maintenance & Utilities Management

Nature of Experience:

• Milk Processing, Evaporator & Dryer, Cheese Plant Equipment like Pasteurisers, Separators, Bactofuge, Vacuum Pumps, DSI, High Pressure Pumps, Blowers, Fluid Bed, Sifter, Cheddar Master, Cooker etc
• Utilities Equipments like Boiler & Steam Network, Ammonia & Freon Based Refrigeration System, Compressed Air & Nitrogen Generation System, VAM, RO & UF, Sand & Carbon Filters, Pumps, DG Sets, Transformers etc
• Advanced Maintenance Practices like RCA, CAPA, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Electronics Equipment Monitoring Tools & Tackles
• Experience in preparing and monitoring Maintenance Budget, Setting and Improving Energy Standards, Identifying & Executing Cost & Energy Saving Ideas
• Experience in execution & achieving Plant KPIs like Productivity, Losses & Complaint Reduction, Specific Energy Consumption, Production Lines OEE Improvement
• People Management: Capable of managing a Team of 100 People, Identifying Training needs of the Maintenance Team, Performance Assessment, and inculcating a Human Safety Culture Inculcation
• Analytical Thought Process to bring new concepts in Maintenance Practices, Energy Management, Setting New Standards
• Liaisoning with Govt Agencies Like Factory, Boiler & Electrical Inspector, MSEB, Local Administration
• Experience in CapEx, Project Execution, Knowledge of AI & ML Application, EMS would be an added advantage
