Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager- Maintenance located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager -Maintenance will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, performing equipment maintenance, overseeing preventive maintenance tasks, and managing overall maintenance operations. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with other departments, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition, and responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Experience in supervising maintenance staff and team management
• Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair: Proficiency in maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment
• Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of scheduling and performing preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintenance Management: Capability to manage and oversee maintenance operations and ensure efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications or technical education in maintenance management or a related field is advantageous
