Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Logistics will oversee domestic and international shipment operations, including imports, exports, documentation, and vendor coordination. The role requires managing supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners, banks, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Handle cross-border logistics documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain costs while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor shipment timelines and resolve any logistical challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain (preferably in the chemical industry).
• Hands-on experience with domestic and export shipments (road, sea, and air).
• Strong understanding of documentation, quality, and compliance in cross-border trade.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
