Project Management & Delivery

• Plan, track, and deliver engineering projects in

  ClickUp

  (or similar).
• Maintain roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and resourcing.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery.

Collaboration with Leadership

• Work with the CTO and Technical PM to set priorities and resolve blockers.
• Join leadership check-ins; surface risks early; align on outcomes.

Technical Fluency

• Use your

  TypeScript/Full-Stack

  awareness to anticipate issues and keep delivery smooth.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable work for engineers.

Team Communication

• Run stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Keep priorities, deadlines, and deliverables crystal clear.

Stakeholder Management

• Triage inbound requests from clinics, doctors, and business teams.
• Provide timely, honest updates—no surprises.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks early; own mitigation plans; clear roadblocks fast.

Continuous Improvement

• Propose and roll out process/tooling improvements for a multi-product SaaS.

Experience

• 1–3 years as IT PM / Assistant PM / Technical Project Coordinator in SaaS or engineering.
• Hands-on with

  ClickUp/Jira/Asana

  .
• Familiarity with

  full-stack TypeScript

  (React/Node.js or similar).

Skills

• Tight project discipline, prioritisation, and multitasking.
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
• Confident with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Proactive, resourceful, hungry to learn.

Education

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related.
• PMP/Agile/Scrum a plus.

• HealthTech or regulated B2B SaaS.
• Agile/Scrum in distributed teams and rapid-growth startups.
