Assistant International Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·    Communicate with international buyers regarding inquiries, orders, samples, prices, and delivery schedules

·    Create PPT, Quotation, Catalogue acc. to list

·    Knowledge of shipments terms (FOB,CIF,FCA)

·    Knowledge of Order PI payment terms (LC,DP,TT)

·    Prepare cost sheets and negotiate prices with buyers

·    Develop and approve samples as per buyer requirements

·    Monitor production status and resolve any issues related to quality or timelines

·    Ensure compliance with buyer standards and export regulations

·    Coordinate with logistics and clearing agents for shipment planning

·    Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL, COO, etc.)

·    Track shipments and update buyers regularly

·    Knowledge of Import Sourcing(Order mgt., PI payment, order loading file, documentation)

Required Skills:

·    Strong communication and negotiation skills

·    Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms

·    Understanding of international trade procedures

·    Good coordination and follow-up skills

·    Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

·    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification & Experience

* Graduate/PG in Sales & Marketing

* Min. 03-07

Salary Criteria: 35-50k CTC
