Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Human Resources Manager, based in Gopalapuram. The Assistant Human Resources Manager will assist in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee engagement initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. This role requires closely working with department managers to identify organizational needs and provide strategic HR support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement practices.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws, with the ability to ensure compliance.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in HR will be a plus).
• Experience in the facilities management or engineering industry is an advantage.
