Role & responsibilities

The Assistant HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals to create a productive, compliant, and engaged workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage full-cycle hiring with department coordination.
Employee Relations:
Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
Performance Management:
Drive appraisals, feedback, and career development plans.
Training & Development:
Plan and execute learning initiatives based on organizational needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Design and manage competitive salary and benefits programs.
Salary Processing:
Handle payroll operations, including salary calculations, processing, and statutory compliance.
MMC Software:
Utilize MMC or similar HR/payroll software for efficient data and process management.
Policy & Compliance:
Develop HR policies aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
Engagement & Inclusion:
Lead employee engagement activities and promote workplace diversity.
HR Analytics:
Leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Onboarding & Exit:
Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
Health, Safety & Budgeting:
Support safety initiatives and manage the HR department budget.
