MMC Software: Utilize MMC or similar HR/payroll software for efficient data and process management. Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies aligned with legal requirements and best practices. Engagement & Inclusion: Lead employee engagement activities and promote workplace diversity. HR Analytics: Leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement. Onboarding & Exit: Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees. Health, Safety & Budgeting: Support safety initiatives and manage the HR department budget.
